Historian Jim Mackin gives Robin A. Bruce Memorial Lecture “Ancram Ironworks 1743” on Copake Falls Day

The second-annual Robin A. Bruce Memorial Lecture on Copake Falls Day will be given by historian Jim Mackin. “Ancram Ironworks 1743” will recount the story of the Ancram Iron Works, which operated from about 1740 to 1845 and was important in the American Revolutionary War and in the development of the larger Roeliff-Jansen community.
